At Complete Your Collection, we know you want your order fast. That’s why we strive to process and dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Same-Day Dispatch

We offer same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Local Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

High-Volume & Busy Periods

While we aim to maintain our same-day service year-round, please note that dispatch times may vary during peak seasons, promotional sales, or high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or the holidays).

During these times, it may take an additional 1–2 business days to process your order. We appreciate your patience and will always send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 days

  • Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include the initial processing time.
