Monthly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway is Complete Your Collection Limited ("the Promoter").

  2. Eligibility
    2.1 The giveaway is open to customers who have placed a valid order with the Promoter.
    2.2 Entrants must provide their first name, last name, order number, and order channel to enter.
    2.3 The giveaway is open to customers who placed orders through any official sales platform operated by the Promoter, including but not limited to the website, mobile apps, social media shops, and third-party marketplaces.
    2.4 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may not enter.

  3. How to Enter
    3.1 To enter, participants must submit the entry form with the following details:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Order number

  • Order channel / platform used to place the order

  • Marketing preference selection (opt-in optional)

3.2 Each entry must contain a 100% valid order number.
3.3 Order numbers must correspond to the selected order channel.
3.4 Order numbers will be verified. Invalid, fake, duplicate, cancelled, refunded, or unverifiable orders will not qualify.
3.5 Customers may enter multiple times, provided each entry uses a different valid order number.
3.6 There is no limit to the number of entries as long as each entry relates to a unique valid order.

  1. Entry Period
    4.1 The giveaway runs monthly.
    4.2 Entries open on the 1st day of each month and close at 23:59 on the last day of the same month (UK time), unless otherwise stated.
    4.3 Entries submitted after the closing time may be entered into the following month’s draw at the Promoter’s discretion.

  2. Winner Selection
    5.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
    5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
    5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final.

  3. Prize
    6.1 The monthly prize will be announced separately for each giveaway.
    6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives unless decided by the Promoter.

  4. Marketing Consent
    7.1 Entrants may choose whether to subscribe to marketing communications.
    7.2 Subscribing to marketing is optional and does not affect the chances of winning.
    7.3 Marketing preferences can be changed at any time.

  5. Verification
    8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries.
    8.2 Any entry with an invalid order number or incorrect order channel may be removed.
    8.3 The Promoter may request proof of purchase before awarding the prize.

  6. General
    9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.
    9.2 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    9.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
